THE EQUINOX
A turning point in the year.
Pay attention.
Recognize the season.
Know where you are.
THE READING ROOM
Three movements for entering a new season: look back at what has grown, return to where you are, and choose how you move forward.
Summer leaves something behind. The wins. The lessons. The unexpected turns. The things you finished and the things that changed you along the way.
Harvest is a moment to recognize what grew, especially what was good. Gather the progress, the joy, the relationships, the lessons and the parts of yourself that became stronger.
Take notice of what this season gave you.
You have arrived at this moment carrying everything the last season gave you. Before rushing toward another, stay here for a while.
Ground is an invitation to return to the present. To recognize where you are, what matters now, and what deserves your attention.
This moment is yours. Be here for it.
The season will change whether we're ready or not. Cross is the decision to meet that change deliberately.
Take what you harvested. Carry the clarity you found by becoming grounded. Then step into the season ahead with intention, expectation, and an understanding that this season, too, will eventually give way to another.
Don't simply enter the next season. Choose how you enter it.
THE SEASON
Why September 22?
Before calendars told us where we were in the year, we learned to look.
